It is like saying, as was suggested last night that because an airline leases it’s planes from often an entity created specifically to buy and lease the planes to it that somehow that is a bad thing for the airline shareholders. No it is not.

YES IT IS, If the airline shareholders paid for the airplanes they lease, but get no ownership therein!

And lastly, NWBO owns everything but the employees and that is easily remedied if they want to go that route later.

Well, we will see in the end who gets paid when (if) Advent gets sold. Time will tell the story. We will find out who gets the cream and who gets the crap. I very much hope that LP will be virtuous wrt Advent, but the history with Cognate, leaves me skeptical until proven wrong.
