If you were serious about this corporation and were after that kind of money you would not have even looked at anything that RM is involved in. As I said prior what corporation "ever" has he made shareholders money, anywhere in the world including Australia. Why don't you understand the reality how all this transpires. This will end up as successful as all his other corporate moves...he will be fine but typical retail investors won't be. With his so called ability to make millions and have millions yet a $68k laughable loan? I sincerely believe he won't find anyone to loan him the money he will need and about you stating up-listing to Nasdaq not even a glimmer chance of that ever happening. I will tell you that if he was able to ever do that before the end of his lifetime that that would help him feel good about himself but spots don't change but in his case and even though I lost on many of his deals he is likeable and still would like to see him have true success but not the way he generally does things as he lets you believe in so much money floating in the air but paying employees or other just doesn't get done.

So no way in he11 would I ever buy into any corporation that his hands touch.
