You are posting the message that you received back in July about SIAF? LoL.

Yes. TDA did mail notice about the ticker, and you can see it referencing their old data in your message.

"Ahead of the regulatory enforcement date, we will only accept orders to liquidate positions (i.e. no new buy orders) starting August 13, 2021. After the amendment officially goes into effect on September 28, 2021, it may be more difficult to liquidate these securities. Quoting and market liquidity may also be very limited."

You will note that it refers to August 13, 2021 as last time to buy. Although that was the initial date, they changed it to be almost a month later. It shows that your information is out of date since that message.

Regardless, I (and others) addressed this issue and actually posted about this very TDA message back in July when we received it from TDA - see my former posting on 7/16/21 in which this is discussed.

If you want verification, you can also use your own posted list there and search for SIAF and you will notice it has been removed from the current TDA list. It used to be listed on the list. Now, it is not. By all means, look for yourself on your own link.
