Having not followed TPTW as closely as I should be, I do not have a plausible explanation for why a co with a $3.5B contract is trading at $0.03/share

But i can assure you that there must be a fundamental reason otherwise "WallStreet" would be all over this, gapping it up into the multi dollar level
