It looks like they have provided to OTC Markets Group what is needed for Pink Current status. Their financials are not audited so they need to provide a signed Attorney Letter to achieve Pink Current status. Pink Current status requires two years and not just one year of financials as with Pink Limited.

They did the reverse merger in June so this did not leave them much time to get all this done before September 28th. I think they are almost there but just a guess based on all the info available publicly.
