It’s not a case for NP. If I had to choose today, I’m just not voting for 13D. They are disorganized, dysfunctional and I do not feel they are better than current management. If 13D makes it to the ballot they will need to buy significantly more shares. I personally have more than many of those individuals on the list. My vote is going to matter and I’ll vote for the best group to lead us to success. Maybe that’s not NP, we’ll see but if the vote was today it’s not for 13D. Your strategy here is not one of someone who has “run 30 companies” either.
