I would think so . Looking at the team they have I'm thinking they must have connections or why would any of these guys/ladies waist their time on an OTC company and go through a hassle of raising money then why convert options at .38 cents. They must be doing something- Time will tell. But the drone technology looks very promising. And the stabilization Patent can capture some civilian interest too I would imagine.
