Many folks use the term "sell into strength, buy into weakness." I think many people misinterpret this phrase. It doesn't mean sell a strong stock or buy a weak stock. It means take your profits on the way up and buy on shakes (when most people are doing the opposite). You should always buy into strong stocks and stay away from weak ones, no matter the price.
