My broker has not allowed me to purchase stock for the last 2 years. They just sent me the news of IAHL having opened their OTC account. They will now allow me to purchase stock, and with the recent hurricane, Afghanistan and Russian pipeline actions, I would not be surprised to see an accumulate recommendation soon.
