Your allegation seem to be paradoxical kund . . . perhaps you can clarify what you mean.
When you say:

Linda P, one side she loans money to NWBO to pay her own salary and for return she gets cheap options and warrants.

Wouldn't cheap shares and warrants only be of value if the company is going to be successful?
Because then you later state:

TLD don't take this long, covid or otherwise, she is just buying time to delay eventuality.

Which I am taking to mean you are confident the trial has failed and for some reason Linda is just stringing investors along. This would only make sense if Linda was/is actively selling her shares. She is not. Hasn't sold even 1 share.
So can you share a few words on why these two allegations are not mutually exclusive? Thanks

Also again just to help you understand when you state:

Why there are no institutional investors?

There are rules like not investing in companies with share prices below $5 and also companies listed on the OTC exchange the prohibit most institutional investors from jumping in even if they believe DCVAX is likely to be approved since still blinded data demonstrates that at minimum 1 in every 3 or 4 patients are effectively cured and close to 50% of methylated patients.
