Mike...as I see it having "Wainwright" as our placement agent prior any up-listing is a plus. Is it possible they knew Dr. Dent prior when dealing possibly with NeoGenomic Corporation? I could not invest in NEO back around 2007-2010 mainly due to medical reasons. At any rate having a corporation such as "Wainwright" prior Nasdaq is special. What is cool "Wainwright" will most likely end up being the one that moves HLYK and brings the serious Institutional investors and funds to showcase HLYK. Shaking hands with "Wainwright" is perfect and they will probably be our first real analyst to recommend our stock. They are probably top of the line company to represent and analyze real corporation. We are not talking about some BS company that messes around with junko penny stocks.

We are lining up for the big time, all in Dr. Dent time not ours. Damn I missed out on NEO but I'm all set for HLYK. Even if we never become what we hope we couldn't ask to have better management leading us.

I will add another thought but I need help with this thought. Is it possible the stock price is being held within a certain share price for other investments that might be coming soon? I mean if you look at how we have been trading it looks like we are ready to start moving then the rug gets pulled back a tad? Probably my imagination but what do others think?
