I have idea if they did or didn't offer them yet. I haven't seen any filings. MMs sometimes play games and it looked like there was some dumping of new shares, however it could have been just MM manipulation. Remember MMs are very behind on delivering shares so this ride will not be smooth, but if you buy dips and hold it should be profitable. JMO
