Agreed, merger may be a few months out but IMO with all the date push backs both companies want this merger to happen. Im at a loss and holding believing it will be worth the wait.

I believe EVBOX is better than charge point and with this merger brining evbox into a US company would be huge for the global market as they take over europe and expand into the US. Charge point is at $22
