Elite Group Inc. (fka ELTZ)

I am relatively new to this but can someone explain to me why or how this stock pretty much became invisible? I had had stocks get bought and name had a D added to the end, Had stocks go bankrupt and had a Q added to their name. This one nothing. In TDA positions if I hover over it it says "Quote data not available" No Sell or Buy option. They tell us we can not buy CE stocks but no way to sell this one if I wanted to. of course if i click on ELTZ in positions it opens YUSG " is currently at 1.12 would love for my 3m shares to be rolled over to YUSG but don't see that happening. TDA gives no real answers to me. Any ideas?
