Just listened to the shareholders meeting! Justin stated that the 270 million cash makes them an attractive merger candidate. They have been searching for candidates that meet their criterial. He believes that they have found a possible merger candidate for Nakd and they are looking at it further. He also stated that there is no guarantee that this will happen.
