1. Never underestimate the stupidity driving the 'progress' of this 'company'. I've learned this over time...

it would be foolish to plow ahead solo on a phase 3 just with the false belief that if you're a 'phase 3 company' it translates to higher share price, etc. one could also fail a ph3 too. de-risk, sell or partner ASAP ASAP ASAP. You'll need a partner to scale the drug regardless. And think about TIME. How much slower do you think it will take for ipix team of 2 to set up and start a massive ph3 vs. a partner. oh geeze. the nightmare scenario is ipix fails to find a grant, partner, government funder, and instead spins to shareholders a line about it's better to go solo / better to pay for this thing solo...that just translates to---no one was willing to give us any money, so here we go solo.

$2.50! That's where I sell and move on and let ipix figure out there ph3 plans dreams. get out while the gettin' out is good. remember the pop to .63 last summer...we are at .28 today. know when to pop and run! $2.50 is my pop n run price. they can f'ing ph3 this all they want but know when to say mercy.

if ipix managaement has their proverbial sh i together, they sell the entire brilacidin platform withing 45 days of announcing ph2 topline. you are selling x3 Phase 3 ready drug indications.

unless of course...you can't pull that off. only a moron couldn't.

2. See #1

3. MAYBE we'll see a turnaround in performance. I'm looking for a solid exit and hoping (praying) we don't get a repeat of all past performances.

4. The saving grace for the tiny trial could be buried in the biomarkers they're analysing. Hoping (praying) this assuages any/all concerns/questions related to B and Covid and is sufficient to partner/license. We can't run a P3 on our own, nor should shareholders want to see this done solo by IPIX. (ain't nobody got time fo dat... )

5. If an M&A is going down... IMO we don't want The Accountant anywhere near any sort of deal-making. Let the professionals sort the details..
