Wrong board . There is no class action here . Just 1.4 billion in a trust account waiting for the opportunity of a billion dollar operating corporation to present itself. No judges signature required.
Are you accusing kkr of withholding material information from shareholders ? They plainly stated in the prospectus and the 10q released just days ago they have been in no talks with any company.
