Both Dale and Nomis provided the funds that financed our bankruptcy exit. If Nomis initially backed Shkreli, I hope that it was early enough to allow Nomis to participate in the huge short squeeze that ensued. I thought Shkreli's move on acquiring the majority interest in KBIO was brilliant.

And I hate to have just played a role in race baiting. But that doesn't mean that the lack of any regulatory approval, either for the PRV or, as yet, for our EUA, did have and does not have a significant and inordinate impact on minority populations. That is not "weak sauce." It's a fact. If the next variant only affects US Government bureaucrats, do you think the FDA would continue to sit on our EUA?

I previously expressed my own question about the nationality of the Black population in our trial. I would think that they were all Brazilian, but I don't know.
