Rockwall has its western border on the east side of Lake Ray Hubbard.

I now live in Rowlett, which is west of the side of the reservoir.

My wife and I visited a model home in Rockwall on 1/02/21 (see link below). The list price at the time was between $560,000 and $565,000.

Lumber prices had quite a run-up over the past year or so, but now are moderating.

The rapid pace of new construction has caused the supply of buildable land in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin markets to go down and prices up.
