On August 11, 2021, the Company announced the roll-out of its proprietary cutting-edge grinder jars with honey dipped hemp rolling papers. The Company acquired 10,000 jars from a manufacturer and purchased 200lbs of exotic flower from a premier cultivator seeking to merge into the Company and partnered with a distributor as it enters distribution of this product. The Company also entered into discussions with the cultivator to implement growth of its patented seed library as it expands its distribution capabilities.
