Apparently i'm in the Minority because i voted "FOR" the proposals.
156 million shares added... i know dilution sucks.
BUT::: leadership/management wants these shares to use for any future m&a...
So if we don't have any shares to buy up a company, we must use cash, correct???
We would have to find financing (loans)???
Correct?
I wonder what the company will do when this measure fails on this second attempted extension to vote???

Any educated guesses from the gang?
