I added more yesterday and today. I love the management team. They listen to our concern and fix the problem we address them to do. They don't wait for a gun shot. They take action immediately. This give them quickly establishing credibility with the stakeholder. Credibility is your best currency, with it you are solvent without you are bankrupt. Establishing credibility is developing a reputation honesty. Transparency is the fundamental keystone to seccessful business.
