guten morgen, I guess I don't understand this dynamic that you mention:

100 billion shares seems like an AWFUL share structure, yet you seem amazed

that 2.8 billion "only" are outstanding. I'm not clear how that's

super-good. 90+ billion shares mean the sp will never ever move

since there is virtually no limit on the number of shares available.

If anything, it seems like an ultra-ripe candidate for a RS. Not ideal.

You don't think so? Why is that just so great? Please explain

or at least mention so infidels like me are clear. Said another way,

when I see a company with so large a s/s, I usually keep moving along

bc i know where the ends....in a company that fails and is now a number

for tax writeoffs, not an amazing prospect.
