No penny stock will ever be above that, unfortunately. There are too many small potato day traders who do no DD. They find their stocks on a scanner or on Twitter and are fine taking their 2%-5% gains and moving on. Some probably even bought at .0072 today and had their stop loss triggered at .0069 and took a loss. There is no helping traders like that, and they will be with us every step of the way. Haha. $HPIL
