Fairly intermittently i'm getting this message

on attempting to post or on clicking Go, or whatever else. I refresh and Resend and it goes
through. Since no one else seems to have the problem the problem must be on my end.

Just wondering if you could suggest what i might say to my computer shop guy other than, Ouch, need HELP again.
