As you note direct viral disruption has been discussed quite a bit. I think most people here understand that is the primary MoA of interest at the moment. If it also blocks replication, great. I just don't get your comparison to drugs that only target replication. What you're saying sounds like a FUD on the basis of pills being superior to IV base on ease of administration. IV is just fine for the target patient population, people that are hospitalized.
