I don't believe that and to be honest, I really don't know but I just don't believe it. What about "tightly held" or "insider buying". Is it that a company but not the CEO buys it up? And what would prevent the CEO's wife from buying shares?

I would think that some of these CEO's in companies that are not making a lot of profit are paid in shares but I could be wrong. I study charts and beyond that and even with that I am always a student!
