"has now produced enough silk to create a number of different fabric blends."
well after 10 months of production, i should think so...but "a number" of fabric blends doesnt give me a number or any idea whatsoever of volume...
"At this time, the Company has not been required to close its Prodigy Textiles facility, but with lockdowns increasing in several cities, the Company is preparing for every potentiality."
in other words...a shutdown is inevitable...
"The Company has developed four separate strains of its knock-in/knock-out nearly pure spider silk line of hybrids which we believe are almost ready for the transition to production."
this is good news...it would be better news if there was some place to mass produce it..
"An additional hurdle, over and above the listing requirements, was then presented to the Company. A new requirement was created, forcing Kraig to demonstrate market demand for spider silk through commercial sales."
this is pure baloney...nasdaq wants to ensure that a 12 yr old company who has not produced and in fact failed twice in their attempts to produce, needs to show that they and their product are viable...and kim is saying thats a new, over and above, listing requirement?...lmao
"This latest wave of COVID shutdowns is impacting our operations and our Prodigy team members more severely than anything we have previously experienced."
well given that previously, the impact lead to an extended shutdown of operations at prodigy, the fact that this one is having an even worse impact, is not good news...
so why are we STILL so hot and heavy about the up list?...after 2 years of trying to get up listed?...and kim apparently being BLINDSIDED by the fact that nasdaq would want some verification that kblb can be a viable company...smfh
some good news...some not so good news...but really, nothing shocking...
the indications are that making ds and potentially pure spider silk are doable....but success will be delayed further...
oh well...
