No, you're numbers appear roughly correct to me.

That $12M was raised through dillutive financing, not monetization of pipeline assets. I'm thankful Leo raised it (we were around $700K cash 18 months ago) but that was the result of COVID pre-clinical hype rather than years of Brilacidin trials.
