From the JV SEC filing I read they get 50:50 profit sharing from US sales regardless of formulation, but NRXP likely owns the IP to the new form. RLFTF is difficult to buy at some brokers, and expensive - I had to pay a $50 foreign transaction fee even though it trades OTC in the US. RLFTF has also been as quiet as AMRN over the last couple months - not a peep from them about the removal of this roadblock to EUA in the US, financial dispute with NRXP is probably keeping them out of the loop.
