I assume he gained voting control with the preferred shares, and there aren't many restricted shares (98,554) so I don't know how realistic a share cancellation is. I would think whoever buys it from him will want the preferred classes (or some of them) to keep control over common share holders votes. Anyway, good to see the deal go through, wish I bought more that day when over 200k were on the ask at ~.20 and got bought. Guess we'll see what develops here.
