My thoughts, FWIW:

For the duration of the contest,

Once a NB, always a NB, unless said NB falls 25% below it's call price.

Once a LB, always a LB, unless said LB rises 50% above it's call price. It is the caller's responsibility to request reinstatement of any recovering LBs, subject to mod approval, of course.

That's my advice. You get what you pay for! ;)
