It does make me wonder. What was described with JC could just as easily have been First Mining. At JC lot of targets and no capital to drill until FM stepped in. He said FM has over 200 geologists?

Looking at it through a JC lens it definitely looks like we gave too much up. In Nudemeyer's defense, there could be valid reasons for not doing it. Tax reasons. Possible attachment in an international court action by Mexico against FM. Liability issue(s) - though I know of none. Some other compelling reason we're not privy to.

I'd be ok with an FM takeover even if it is somewhat advantageous to FM because they could keep everything within the merged company and we would likely see a faster timeline to development/production.
