This is true.

Just a thought there were 48 million issued and outstanding a/o 1/31/2021 last financial published, and 63 million shares were issued since then. Possibly, may have been a lot of convertible notes converted already and may not be much more left.

On 6/29/2021 there were 16 million shares traded, a lot if only 48 million were outstanding.

Financials are due 7/29/2021 for the period ending April 30,2021 ( Annual). So we will find out then.
