Ms. Wang, you were once the CEO and President of KWBT. How can you not answer some very basic questions about the status of SEC filings 10Q and 10K. You must realize the company has not been in compliance since the 3rd quarter 2019?

Ask your CFO why he listed a $6,000,000 current asset on his 12.31.2019 audit report and did not mention it at all in the footnotes! Any qualified CFO would have known that was a huge lack of disclosure required by GAAP/GAAS.
