That would be nice given that they've stated that that's their intent, but they don't have to be audited to avoid the impact of the latest regs. They just need to be current and they are.

"Once complete, they can file and get current and get GHS money going."
When was the last time that the Company mentioned the "GHS money"? Are you sure that deal is still in place?
