Can you please tell me why my ignore button doesn’t work? I’ve ignored two different posters on the wdlf message board yet I can still see their comments.

Your response was that I need to go to my settings and enable my ignores. They were and are enabled, and I can still see the comments of the people I've ignored. If there's any way you can help me with this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
