Unfortunately Delaware Chancellor Bouchard passed PUPS & MJWL to Vice Chancellor Laster and apparently screwed the pooch! Pardon the pun! Funny thing is that UM was trying to gain the custodianship for both MJWL and PUPS. Look at what happened to MJWL and PUPS got caught up in the judicial bureaucracy. Shit happens but I’ll keep my fingers crossed something good comes out of this debacle. It would be a nice shell for a company to RM into .... https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PUPS/security
