Two points to make with your post! First. a company in bankruptcy does not have to reveal any information until the Q comes off. Usually there will be some sort of an announcement. Secondly, theoretically a company can stay in bankruptcy forever! I believe the reason why nobody is talking is because I know what they know and if they were to start talking it most likely would be in violation of a possible gag order buy the bankruptcy judge!
