I texted him today about why we haven't seen a PR about the deal closing and his response was he announced it prior to closing and then tweeted it did close. I said announcing the deal finally closed is way too big of a deal to just tweet and an official PR reaches way more people and should include details about the deal. Also asked he send out q1 billouts since he should be able to now.
