The following is an email I sent to Sean Hannity this morning, after I saw his show last night on Fox on the breakthrough in face and hand transplant and the interest that Sean espouses to have in all things medical. Btw, the show was great, you should try to see it if you can.

Hi Sean,
I set my PVR for your show so I do not miss any and am very glad I saw the one last night on the great medical breakthroughs of face and transplants. I am fairly well read in the fields of biology and medicine but this show made my jaw drop. What an eye opener. Thank you doe that. Now that I am aware of your deep interest in medicine, I have an idea to offer for another such show.

This topic is the treatment and possible cure of cancer via dendritic cell immunotherapy vaccines. This is on the very visible horizon with the conclusion of the PIII and the soon to be released top line data in this trial for Glioblastoma, a cancer with no successful treatment and a virtual death sentence. Among many others, Senator McCain and Beau Biden died of this horrific cancer. Almost all immunotherapeutic treatments have failed to be approved by the FDA. This one has a good chance of getting approved in the coming months. What makes this good news, great news, is that the Dendritic Cell (DC) vaccine treatment is a platform and is likely to be effective in inoperable solid cancer tumors as well and hopefully will not be limited to treating Glioblastoma. Furthermore, unlike chemo and radiation and treatments like CAR-T, the DCVAX has no significant side effects and leaves the patient with his quality of life intact. The company developing this treatment for Glioblastoma, DCVAX-L, with a now completed PIII trial is Northwest Biotherapeutics Inc (NWBO) and DCVAX-Direct for other solid tumors which have already been in promising PI, PII trials. NWBO was on the NASDAQ but "voluntarily" moved to the OTC when Its stock plummeted.

This main topic for a full hour show focusing on NWBO as it moves towards a treatment/cure for some with cancer - a new revolution in cancer treatment - personalized immunotherapeutic treatment of cancer that is also side effect free! Admittedly this story may be a few months premature yet, but now is the time to start your DD and research on this story so you will be ready to go when this becomes the biggest story in recent medical news upon release the of peer reviewed journal article on this PIII for Glioblastoma that is now holding up the release of the top line data from the completed trial.

There are two further sub-stories that are part and parcel of the NWBO story that could deserve a full hour treatment on your show in their own right. The first topic would be the great difficulties that a small non-revenue producing biotech goes through to raise funding for their research, and the huge gauntlet they must traverse from the monied venture funds and shorts who will manufacture false news to have a successful short position and have no concern for their killing such endeavors to treat the sick (similar issues with non-bio tech start-ups). Or indeed, the large biopharmas who would happily kill promising research that might hurt their bottom line for a competing drug they already have on the market or want to buy cheaply. The second topic that could deserve a full hour on its own, is the various regulations of the FDA that stymie much early promising research from ever getting to a more advanced stage while patients languish waiting for new research to help them through their disease. There are some ideas now starting to come forth at the FDA, like Right to Try, and other ideas, but they are still very conservative and the path to approval could be made much shorter and cheaper, while maintaining safety, with possible PIV trials post approval and many others. this is a huge subject in its own right, and one that NWBO has had much experience in traversing.
