I think the OCUC has had enough of this Debtors shenanigans. Not only are they asking the court to not extend the debtors 120 day exclusivity period (which started the day after the filing on March 7th ending July 6th) but they have already formulated a draft POL.

In connection with this Motion, the Committee has prepared a draft plan of liquidation (the “Committee Plan”), which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and seeks authority from this Court to file and solicit acceptances of such plan.



Hopefully the Court agrees and this case moves forward very quickly.

This kind of action by a OCUC shows a no nonsense approach. Time and fees can quickly drain an estate.
