You fail to mention the 63% loss of CLSK value since their poof. They're getting their ass beat right back into the dirt; sub $10 coming soon. Just one more pumpy stock heading back to it's sulky corner. Oh, and there's the lawsuit too. Horrible example.

As for the other: How many times is SRNA going to keep needing to raise capital before it can stand on it's own 2 feet? This has been an ongoing weaning for 5+ years now. Every year is "the year".

They need to work on their own core competencies before "going-all-Amazon" and aiming for world domination. Get better at ONE thing first, which is increasing frequency of contracts, and price point of contracts..... BEFORE trying to acquire the other little fish. That tactic just stinks of a company trying to fluff itself for it's own pumpy acquisition.
