tchalla, here's why that thought is incorrect...

That thought is 100% incorrect. Here's why...

WSRC does not have to have money to complete the acquisition. Like many other stocks within the penny stock world or the major markets, they can use their shares as leverage to close the acquisition.

They can actually do like I have seen some other companies do to where they create a certain class of preferred shares that is 100% non-dilutive to the common shares. Guess what that would do for the stock?

Even if they use a fair to small amount of common shares to close the acquisition, WSRC still could be worth somewhere in the dollars. I could create many scenarios as some examples to further explain this. I think it's not needed because after their recent update of their website now being under construction and saying to check back next week and indicating that a New Mining Division is coming and tweeting that they are in the final meeting today and tweeting that "detailed" information is forthcoming justifies why I think we will see/have major news sometime next week (or possibly earlier).
