Quanta Inc (fka QNTA)

From heavily trading this stock for literally 10's of millions of shares over past 2-3 weeks something keeps entering my mind more each day. I bring heavy liquidity to this stock of about 1.5M - 2.5M shares past few days with 0 current overnight position.

My buying is what brought this from .05 - .065 zone ie dem 500k blocks that cleared 05 - 0515 etc. Interestingly I gave this stock 3 attempts to break .07 over a period of 2-3 days and it couldn't do it with near term FDA IND catalyst.

The different levels of shareholders in a refurbishment position (which can be molded to any number of situations like this and that have similar):

Level 1 : Current shareholders - have to contend with legacy issues and share structure augmentation. Point blank is share price depreciation until point of total cleanse. Total cleanse being defined as the point at which legacy debt / share structure augmentation has taken affect and retail with certain risk tolerances have exited for any number of hundreds of reasons.

Level 2: Shareholders that come in after total cleanse. These shareholders will not have had to add to bring down avg and have the same psychological / emotional time/legacy experience as Level 1 shareholders.

The above is precisely why those touting the future positives repeatedly can be justified correct however the greater risk/reward is from Level 2 Point (which I have not seen one post on this board mention).
