So....get this. I was in Clearwater Beach, FL...Where my Mother lives there ever since 1972. She is not doing well...her dementia is worsening, and Whitney and I went to go visit her frail shape.

She is not doing well. Her husband of 18 years now,,,post my father's death...warned us, and it took the first day to see that she resetting every 5 minutes...

Meaning, that she forgets what she just spoke about 5 minutes ago...and also forgets 100% completely what day it is, and she is so dear to me.

I will probably consider moving down there with Whitney, and our disability checks. It's expensive to live and eat Grouper filets every day...lol.

I don't have to fight them. I want to settle with Robert. We should settle, as a SETTLEMENT is an ACT of ###, and it would be in the BEST interest of our ACCR Shareholders. I killed all the preferreds that they recently did with FL SOS on 4/8. This whole deal was wrong from the beginning. They preyed on a DISABLED MAN, and they trampled on my SSA DISABLED RIGHTS.

I don't know...I am in so much pain right now. People tease me, every day in here, and I told you....with a FIXED FLOAT of 98,000,000 and an AS of 300,000,000 AS

But, a settlement is in the best interest of our Shareholders....I will not allow any preferreds...just COMMON, and that was our AGREEMENT in principle. Everyone needs to remember, that I did not understand why they promised me $50,000 and I only got $25,000.00

ACCR will never trade $.01 --------> WHY? because I said so....Looks like the FLOAT is turning over...someone could be just STRONG COLLECT of shares. Normally I never comment on PRICE of the stock.....but something looks like it is COOKING in ACCR CHART!
