Nothing has changed (that we know of). I do not suspect some leak of information. ZNOG is still about one thing - OIL, and lots of it.

If Zion delivers a production well, I can forgive a 18 million share employee pension, or whatever it is. I don't like it, but how in the world does a company keep employees if they don't reward them with stock?

I bought more shares today, for what it's worth.
