I'm long TOPS, but I got caught in it years ago (since 2017), so I have seen this action time and time again. As it stands, I am down 73%, and that is after 'averaging down' a bunch of times in the last 3 years.

More facts: TOPS did not reach $7 this past Friday, as you stated.
