I'm of the belief that PCTL has several paths forward that could make them a big winner, but of course they could also fail. I believe that their business plan is one that virtually assures that they'll not be a major supplier of bulk liquid. Why? Because it's clear that the user of large bulk quantities would be smarter to become a Level 3 distributor and make it themselves.

This is not a bad thing. It's not that tens or hundreds of millions of gallon of product won't be made annually, it will be, but it will be made by Level 3 distributors who're all paying the company for each gallon they make.

Hospitals, and other facilities utilizing lower quantities will still be opting for Annihilyzer's and making their own products, but again PCTL will be paid every month.

I can't say what trials in agriculture will show, but once again, if positive, users will choose becoming Level 3 distributors, and controlling use of the fluids in their farms, over paying PCTL to bulk ship the fluids when needed. I would suspect that in both agricultural and petroleum use, companies will opt to have truck mounted equipment that can be easily sent where they're needed to permanent locations where they must ship from.

I'm still a strong believer in the niche uses that many of our distributors are developing. Once again, as a Level 1 or 2 distributor develops a substantial clientele they'll opt to become Level 3 and make to product for themselves.

The key to business success is in making others successful and in doing so, we'll be very successful.
