there is no dilution. no one can deposit stock until it gets over 01. PERIOD.

The reason the stock has had issues lately is due to a note that was sold over 3 years ago to a third party who couldn't get it cleared until last March.

Most of that stock has been sold.

In the OTC, its best to buy the "end of the selling" and ride the wave back up as the overhang lifts. That will happen here.
